Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Expert to join our team as a Property Listings Specialist in our Cowley branch. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listing and marketing properties to attract new clients and instructions
  • Building strong relationships with clients and customers through face-to-face and phone interactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for career progression
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A full UK driving license holder
