  • Training and Development: Mentor and facilitate the professional growth of pharmacy staff, ensuring they receive ongoing education and training in clinical pharmacy methodologies.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Formulate, review, and update clinical pharmacy policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage pharmacy resources, including staffing, budget, and equipment, to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy.
  • Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Significant experience in clinical pharmacy, demonstrating expertise in service development and leadership.
  • Advanced clinical skills, with the capability to implement and monitor high standards of pharmaceutical care.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Postgraduate Qualification: Additional qualifications in clinical pharmacy, pharmacy practice, or healthcare management.
  • Leadership Training: Further training or certifications in leadership or management.
  • Research Experience: Proven experience in conducting and leading clinical research or quality improvement initiatives.
