The Ideal Candidate

  • You will have a proven track record of environmental management within the manufacturing sector.
  • You will possess a hands-on approach and a desire to drive our business forward by addressing environmental challenges.
  • You will be educated to degree or HND level in a science-based subject.
  • You will hold a NEBOSH Certificate in Environmental Management, as a minimum.
  • You will have experience and familiarity of ISO systems (14001 / 90001).
  • You will have engineering knowledge with a working understanding of process equipment and process control systems employed in the chemical processing sector.
  • You will have experience with wastewater treatment.

The Role

As our Environmental Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for managing our operations to meet and exceed stakeholder environmental requirements. This will involve:

  • Developing and implementing environmental management systems.
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate environmental risks.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to reduce waste and improve environmental performance.
