Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our East Midlands Operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, including direct labor and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and communicate project variations to the Contracts/Operations Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality control, and project specifications.
  • Participate in site meetings with clients and Managers.
  • Review client instructions and schedules, and interpret construction drawings/designs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fast-track refurbishment and Social Housing sector.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • SMSTS certification.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • DBS - enhanced.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
