Social Media Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Strategy Director to join our team at McCann Central. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that drive business growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic direction of clients across multiple industries, developing and implementing social media strategies that drive business growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform and improve our social media strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and developing tailored social media solutions to meet their needs.
- Work closely with our creative team to develop compelling social media content that resonates with our target audiences.
- At least 5 years of experience in social media strategy and leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and engagement.
- Exceptional social media knowledge and expertise, with a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent client handling skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and understand client business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights that inform social media strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
