Job Title: Junior Solution Architect

TP ICAP Group Services Ltd is seeking a talented Junior Solution Architect to join our team. As a Junior Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and governing a range of solutions in line with enterprise standards, achieving targeted business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand business drivers and capabilities, and help determine corresponding system designs to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the architecture for a broad scope of projects, working closely with delivery teams that manage and design architecture for a single project or initiative.
  • Monitor the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies caused by aging technologies used by the application, or misalignment with business requirements.
  • Review and ensure architectural designs are consistent, maintainable, flexible, and in line with the strategic direction of the business.
  • Influence the adoption and use of new techniques and technical practices and advocate continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis, or other technical subject, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in an IT solution development discipline, such as technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or operations.
  • Good understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies.
  • Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
  • Good analytical and technical skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
