About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at The Digital Type. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with our Marketing Director to implement a annual marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that maximize customer lifetime value.
  3. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, creative development, deployment, and analysis.
  4. Develop and implement a full-stack marketing approach from acquisition to maximising customer value throughout the lifecycle.
  5. Assist in the development of a content strategy that supports our sales teams with data-led account-based marketing activity.
  6. Manage and update our company websites, including creating optimised landing pages to support marketing and product campaigns.
  7. Oversee the image library, marketing plans, trade advertising, and marketing activity ensuring these remain up to date.
  8. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, including Hubspot, Pardot, Salesforce, or Dynamics.
  9. A proven background in campaign management, including best practice within email marketing automation.
  10. Experience creating landing pages and updating website content (WordPress).
  11. Creative with an eye for design, experience using InDesign and editing video tools preferred but not essential.
