Customer Support Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our dynamic team at HeadX. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and manage a team of customer support agents to ensure excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain customer service metrics and reports to track performance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in an ecommerce or call center environment
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluent in English language (reading, writing, and speaking)
