Customer Support Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our dynamic team at HeadX. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and manage a team of customer support agents to ensure excellent customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain customer service metrics and reports to track performance
- 5+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in an ecommerce or call center environment
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in English language (reading, writing, and speaking)
