About the Role

Care South is a leading provider of care services across the south of England, and we're seeking a dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team. As a Home Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with a variety of needs, including personal care, within their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify the needs and abilities of our clients and provide personal care and encouragement
  • Assist with medication, meal preparation, and domestic services
  • Support with community visits, such as shopping and leisure trips
  • Regularly communicate with our office support team
  • Reflect our HEART values in your daily work
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.50
  • A £2.00 per hour Bank Holiday enhancement rate
  • Full-time and part-time positions available

About You

  • Are you the holder of a UK driving licence with access to a vehicle?
  • Do you have business insurance on your vehicle or are you happy to obtain it?
  • Are you flexible in the hours you can work and able to work every other weekend?
  • Are you able to work independently and as part of a team?
