We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Anaesthetic Practitioner to join our team at a prestigious hospital in Central London. As a key member of our anaesthetic team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, promoting high standards of care, and supporting the growth of our surgical services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership to the anaesthetic team, promoting a positive approach and cohesive teamwork.
- Work closely with the Theatre Manager to support the growth of surgical services within the hospital.
- Manage and ensure the provision of nursing care, maintaining high clinical standards, and working in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Qualified RGN (with current NMC registration) or ODP (with current HCPC registration).
- Previous experience as a Lead Theatre Practitioner or Deputy Theatre Team Lead.
- Experience working within Orthopaedics is essential.
- Experience within Anaesthetics is also essential.
- A competitive salary of up to £56,000.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including private health insurance and a pension scheme.
