Consultant Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Royal Blackburn Hospital. As a Consultant Psychiatrist in General Adult Psychiatry, you will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality patient care on our male inpatient ward.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients on the ward, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans. You will also participate in the Consultant On Call rota and contribute to the development of the ward's clinical policies and procedures.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must hold full GMC registration and be included on the Specialist Register of the GMC or be eligible for entry within 6 months. You should also have Section 12 approval and Approved Clinician Status. Remuneration will be in accordance with the new Consultant contract.
