Insolvency Compliance Senior Administrator

Levitate Recruitment is working closely with a leading Restructuring & Insolvency Advisory business to recruit an experienced Insolvency Compliance Senior Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop IPS document packs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of IPS diary templates, promoting efficient workflow.
  • Complete monthly compliance review forms for new appointments, guaranteeing timely and accurate submissions.
  • Monitor the Director Conduct Reporting Service, allocating staff and ensuring timely completion and matching reports.
  • Organize firm-wide training sessions on topical issues, including Anti-Money Laundering and the Bribery Act.
  • Manage Data Protection Registrations for IPs and the firm, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Liaise with regulators and Companies House as required, maintaining effective communication.
  • Assist with IPA Self Certifications and ICAEW Insolvency Compliance Reviews, upholding high standards.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • CPI qualification and relevant experience within Insolvency or a regulated industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of IPS and compliance principles.
  • Excellent compliance skills with minimal supervision.
  • Methodical approach to tasks and attention to detail.
  • Effective use of IT, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and IPS.
  • Maintain high professional standards of conduct and practice.
  • Organize and manage time efficiently and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with peers internally and externally.
