Job Title: Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Exeter area. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality person-centered care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional care and support to service users
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve outstanding care and quality improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the service

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
