**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Logistics Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of four people by processing small sales and providing administrative support.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers requiring assistance or additional information.
  • Receive customer enquiries and small orders via telephone and respond promptly.
  • Ensure customer needs are met at all times and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Take and process orders accurately the first time and acknowledge customer complaints.
  • Provide administrative and customer support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Signpost stakeholders in the right direction for queries you are unable to resolve.
  • Collaborate data into IT systems and prioritize deliveries against supply.
  • Keep customers informed and updated of any delays or lack of supply.
  • Resolve cash sales enquiries and deploy haulage resources to ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
  • Promote and abide by current Health and Safety legislation at all times.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing administrative role.
  • Previous experience within a Logistics/Export/Haulage role.
  • Good geographical knowledge and capacity to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Strong IT literacy skills and experience with in-house IT systems.
  • Confident telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
