About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Specialist to join our team at Your Co-op's Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the education and development of your key children through outstanding quality of teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Training Advisors to achieve all-round outstanding results in the room and outcomes for children.
  • Work in unity with the team to deliver outstanding care, early education, and ensure performance standards are consistently met.

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant early years qualification.
  • An Enhanced DBS check.
  • Open, honest, and compassionate.
  • Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children.
