About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Specialist to join our team at Your Co-op's Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the education and development of your key children through outstanding quality of teaching and learning.
- Collaborate with the Quality Training Advisors to achieve all-round outstanding results in the room and outcomes for children.
- Work in unity with the team to deliver outstanding care, early education, and ensure performance standards are consistently met.
Requirements:
- Full and relevant early years qualification.
- An Enhanced DBS check.
- Open, honest, and compassionate.
- Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children.
