Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver fun, safe, and engaging basketball coaching sessions for young children.
  • Use Little Hoopers coaching guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in our coaching delivery.
  • Provide regular feedback reports to the Head Office on session delivery and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our young players.
Requirements:
  • Basketball coaching qualification or a willingness to work towards one.
  • Proficiency in using coaching guidelines to plan each session.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for coaching sports, especially basketball, and inspiring young children.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate ranging from £20 to £30 per hour, depending on experience working with children.
  • Opportunities to grow and develop your coaching skills through funded courses and ongoing support.
  • Additional payments for setting up and packing down equipment and a fresh coaching uniform.
