About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our team at Kings Camps. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy, fun, and inclusive sports sessions to children aged 5-17 years.

Our camps are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for children to develop their physical and social skills, while also promoting teamwork and friendship. As a Sports Coach, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our camps are a success and that every child has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality sports sessions to children aged 5-17 years
  • Supervise children during their lunch breaks and participate in swimming sessions
  • Oversee the safe use of equipment and promptly record any incidents
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the camp
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and guardians

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months' experience working with children from years 5-17
  • At least 3 months' experience coaching a sport or active games
  • Vibrant, resilient, and team player
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Level 2 or higher qualification in Primary or Secondary Teaching, Sports Coaching, or Physical Education
  • Paediatric First Aid (training opportunities are also available)
