About the Role

The Faculty of Modern and Medieval Languages and Linguistics is seeking a highly motivated and organized administrator to support the Undergraduate Administration team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Spanish & Portuguese and German Sections
  • Supervise a Section Secretary and work closely with other team members
  • Ensure the smooth running of operations, coordinate undergraduate teaching and examining, and provide general administrative assistance
  • Act as Secretary to the Board of Examiners and Disability Liaison Officer
  • Manage access arrangements for disabled students in collaboration with the University's Accessibility and Disability Resource Centre
