We are seeking an experienced and skilled accounting professional to join our team at Puro Accountancy. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and Limited Companies accounts, tax, and VAT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of accounts, tax, and VAT returns.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide expert advice.
  • Lead a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure effective management of assignments and individuals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Person Specification:
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing a portfolio of clients and leading a team.
  • ACCA / ACA qualified (or equivalent) with strong IT skills and knowledge of accounting software packages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
