Role Overview:

The Stock Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing our online operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and experience. You will encourage your team to meet performance goals, facilitating quick refunds for returned items and ensuring that stock is prepared for fulfilling online orders.

To excel as a Stock Manager, you will:

Collaborate with the Store management team in back-of-house operations and maintain effective communication with the Store Manager Oversee a team to execute precise stock management processes in a safe, efficient environment while meeting targets Foster a culture of support, motivation, and inspiration within your team Take a proactive approach to all commercial and operational tasks, adapting to changes and working alongside your team Ensure that communication remains clear and accurate to meet business requirements
