About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hygiene Supervisor to join our team at Saputo Dairy UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene across our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop site hygiene systems and processes in line with the Manufacturing Performance System (MPS) goals and objectives.
  • Conduct verification activities, including environmental swabbing, hygiene audits, and internal audits.
  • Lead investigations of out-of-specification hygiene results and site concessions.
  • Manage pest control contracts and follow up on necessary actions.
  • Deputise for the Technical Manager and cover for Quality Assurance Supervisors when required.
Requirements
  • Experience in a hygiene role in a food manufacturing environment or similar environment.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Level 3 food hygiene certification advantageous.
