Key Responsibilities:
  • Commit to the company's SHEI&S Policies and promote safe working practices.
  • Engage in operational program development while adhering to company regulations and guidelines.
  • Participate in risk assessments and ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Contribute to engineering and technical solutions through active participation in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Prepare well intervention designs, programs, and end-of-well reports while coordinating with specialists.
  • Conduct technical studies and apply innovative thinking to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Maintain effective communication with assets and other departments to ensure timely and accurate request processing.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide detailed analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure services are executed safely and to the required standards.
  • Develop cost estimates and timelines for specific operations and interventions.
  • Oversee contract statuses and expenditures, initiating CFTs as necessary.
  • Conduct audits of service companies focusing on contractor and company-owned equipment.
  • Review lessons learned and pursue new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support offshore operations through required visits.

Qualifications:
  • Degree holder with a preference for a qualified accountant (CIMA).
  • Experience in the oil industry within a commercial or financial context.
  • Strong understanding of technical operations in the oil and gas sector.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and knowledge of financial analysis techniques.
  • Experience in budget preparation, cost control, and planning in a large organization.
  • Familiarity with accounting and reporting standards.
  • Proficient in various software applications, particularly SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
