About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our team in the South West region. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, testing, and commissioning of medical equipment at hospital sites throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and upkeep of medical and surgical equipment, including surgical lighting, operating theatre tables, medical gas facilities, and associated operating theatre control systems and electrical infrastructure.
  • Repair and testing of medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Commissioning of new medical equipment to ensure smooth integration into hospital systems.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background working with high-value electrical-mechanical capital equipment, with an electrical qualification. You should also have experience in a factory-based or hospital-based maintenance engineering environment, or as a service engineer or maintenance engineer in a scientific, pharmaceutical, industrial, or commercial environment.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £40K, with overall earnings to £55K with overtime and bonuses.
