Merchandising Coordinator

We are seeking a Retail Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. This position plays a vital role within a field-based merchandising group, engaging with various retail outlets on behalf of esteemed brands. The scope of work encompasses diverse categories including Literature and Entertainment, Fashion, Grocery, Health and Beauty, Alcoholic Beverages, and Toys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adherence to Standards: Familiarity with and compliance to merchandising guidelines, store regulations, and safety protocols. Executing planograms when available to ensure uniformity.
• Product Arrangement and Restocking: Strategically positioning products on shelves to enhance visibility and attractiveness.
• Promotional Setup and Signage: Designing promotional displays and signage to effectively convey pricing and offers.
• Effective Communication and Relationship Management: Cultivating positive interactions with store personnel and providing constructive feedback to client account teams.

Qualifications for Success:

• A background or enthusiasm for merchandising, retail, or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines
• Dedication to maintaining high service standards
• Experience in mentoring or training peers is advantageous
• Proficiency in using a company tablet for various tasks
• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
