We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Novotel Cambridge North. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve guests in all areas of the Food & Beverage department, including the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Meetings & Events.
  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of work areas, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Follow departmental and company policies and procedures, adhering to legislative and safety regulations.
  • Remain polite and courteous at all times, providing excellent customer service.

Additional Information:

We would be advantageous if you could demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience in the Food and Beverage industry or a related field.
  • Experience with cash handling and a basic understanding of financial procedures.
  • A knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
