Join Our Team as a Food and Beverage Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team at Novotel Cambridge North. As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve guests in all areas of the Food & Beverage department, including the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Meetings & Events
  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas
  • Follow departmental and company policies and procedures
  • Comply with legislative and safety regulations
  • Remain polite and courteous at all times

Additional Information:

We would prefer candidates with previous Food and Beverage and/or industry experience, as well as experience with cash handling and knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations. However, we are committed to providing training and development opportunities to ensure that our team members have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
