The M25 is a critical infrastructure asset for personal and goods vehicles into and around our capital. It is one of our flagship projects in the UK, with over 200,000 vehicles per day and a network of around 800 structures and 5 tunnels. To maintain its high levels of performance, constant improvement, and repairs, we have formed a Joint Venture project called Connect Plus Services (CPS) to work with our partners to widen, operate, and maintain the M25 under a 30-year contract.

We are seeking a Technical Training Coordinator / Administrator to join our team at Egis Road Operation UK Ltd. The successful candidate will work as part of the Joint Venture Training Team, providing effective and timely administration in support of the training activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To work as part of the Joint Venture Training Team, providing effective and timely administration in support of the training activities.
  • Ensure that the relevant training is booked and delivered.
  • Complete personal training to keep current with the job role.
  • Raise purchase orders, receipt orders, and resolve invoice queries/Maintain Training financial database.
  • Coordinate and administer CITB levy/claim with BB.
  • Liaise with internal and external Training Providers.
  • Book training venues when required.
  • Update, develop, and maintain accurate and comprehensive training records.
  • Develop as a primary user for administering the Training Database Records.
  • Extract, consolidate, and manipulate learning and development data for regular reports and on request.
  • Be able to respond to other Training Department requirements.
  • Monitor qualification expiry dates to ensure that renewals take place in good time.
  • Continue to develop and improve current systems to ensure ongoing compliance on qualifications, to meet industry standards/regulations.
  • Live the Connect Plus Services Values.
  • Ensure a relentless focus on Zero Harm.
  • Support the delivery of the business' Sustainability activities.
  • Ad hoc project work as required.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Prior experience in an Administration role, ideally within a training environment.
