Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct effective consultancy sessions to identify opportunities for improving Business Central functionality.
  • Provide daily application testing and UAT support to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Work closely with project managers and other consultants to ensure effective project coordination.
  • Coordinate with all departments to manage and exceed customer expectations.
  • Assist clients with configuring Business Central and add-on software, conducting system walkthroughs as needed.
  • Scope and recommend small changes to Business Central functionality to extend its capabilities.

  • Extensive knowledge of business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics NAV/BC, and the Microsoft Stack.
  • Knowledge of modules within Business Central/NAV and experience in business software implementation is desirable.
  • Experience working for a Microsoft Partner.
  • Experience with Training and consultancy Finance projects.
  • Power BI knowledge.
  • Proven experience in design, documentation, installation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
