Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support our global client Unilever, a leading FMCG company, in a large-scale consultation exercise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business leaders and project leaders with collective consultation activity and individual consultation exercises for a large number of employees.
  • Support line managers with people issues and employee relations cases arising from the change programme.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of redundancy processes and legislation.
  • HR background with UK Employment Law knowledge.
  • Operational change management experience.
  • Strong ER casework background.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, take ownership and drive activity at pace.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Competent with all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly professional and confidential.

Working Arrangements:

  • Full-time temporary roles until 31/12/2024.
  • 36.25/37.50 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Competitive compensation, paying between £41,500 - £46,500 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
