Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers via online portals, email, and telephone, resolving issues related to advanced satellite navigation test and simulation systems.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, collaborating with software and hardware engineers to identify and fix problems.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions, including issue resolution and customer feedback.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, sales engineers, and sales teams to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of satellite navigation test and simulation systems, including RF and test equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and engineering teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (additional languages an asset).
