Business Development Manager Sales

The Business Development Manager Sales is a key role within our team, responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with existing and new accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality sector and the ability to work effectively with senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and account penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new accounts, including conference agents, direct corporate clients, and associations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and key performance objectives (KPOs).
- Demonstrable track record in business development and account management, with a proven ability to grow market share and account penetration.
- Strong sales experience, including selling to senior decision-makers in large matrix sales and operational organizations.
- Ability to work to established sales processes and procedures.
- Understanding of the hospitality sector and its trends.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of business and commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
