Head of Governance and Reporting Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Head of Governance and Reporting to join our client's business-critical programme. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in a large, complex organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Lead the governance, risk, and compliance team
  • Provide strategic guidance on governance and reporting
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in line with governance and reporting
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and teams
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as the Head of Governance and Reporting in large, complex organisations
  • Leadership skills within the governance, risk, and compliance space
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices
  • Proficiency in governance and reporting software tools
Nice to Have:
  • Previous insurance industry experience
  • Master's degree or professional certification (i.e. CISA, CISM, CGEIT)
