Overview: A prominent organization in the Fintech sector is seeking a seasoned HR leader to spearhead the creation and oversight of the employee policy framework and related initiatives.

Reporting Structure: This position will report directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and will be tasked with managing the HR policy framework, crafting and updating individual policies, and ensuring compliance within the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage governance for Employee Relations case management.
  • Provide comprehensive reports and analyses for HR, Legal, and Business Leadership.
  • Act as the central point of coordination within HR for all regulatory and internal audit activities.
  • Lead policy and governance-focused projects in collaboration with the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations or HR functions within a regulated international environment.
  • Proven experience in policy formulation and the delivery of guidance regarding policy interpretation and implementation.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation abilities, with a track record of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized with strong system and process management skills to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in the regulated Financial Services sector is preferred.
