Job Description

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of complex investment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver major works and investment programmes, ensuring maximum customer involvement and delivery against Key Performance Indicators.
  • Develop and implement processes and activities on a case-by-case basis.
  • Manage a multi-disciplinary team that supports the delivery of major projects and programmes, ensuring statutory obligations and regulatory undertakings are met.
  • Implement a systematic approach to identifying and resolving building defects and insurance claims across property archetypes.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role in Social Housing, leading and managing a team.
  • Strong understanding of regulation and contractual requirements in a housing environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the legislative frameworks applicable to building and construction services.
  • Experience in procurement and delivery of major works programmes, including contract management.
  • MRICS or equivalent experience/skill level.
