Role - Service Advisor/Service Receptionist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Richard Abson Group. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with vehicle repairs, and promoting additional services to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with vehicle repairs, answering questions, and providing progress updates.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services, such as service plans and maintenance packages.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the business.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's experience in a similar role within the main dealer network.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
- Proficiency in Kerridge and 1Link systems (desirable).
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary of up to £28,000, with uncapped bonus potential.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm, with no weekends.
