As a Tax Assistant Manager at NOV, you will play a key role in the Corporate Tax Department, reporting directly to the UK Tax Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee UK tax functions, ensuring timely completion of UK corporation tax returns and managing compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the preparation of UK corporation tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective tax compliance strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless tax planning and compliance across the organization.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on tax-related matters to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring NOV remains compliant and takes advantage of available tax incentives.
Requirements:
