Are You a Digital Construction Specialist?

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Revit Technician and/or Digital Engineer to join our award-winning in-house Construction Engineering team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed 3D models of temporary structures and enabling works using Revit.
  • Establish models in accordance with company and ISO standards.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of design and task team models, collaborating closely with site and Construction Engineering team engineers for fully coordinated solutions.
  • Produce drawings and models for site teams to utilize in procurement and construction.
  • Generate models to identify clashes or conflicts.
  • Develop models for animations, bid proposals, cost analysis, and planning (4D+5D).
  • Actively participate in design coordination meetings, documenting changes and potential issues.
  • Create models to provide data on carbon emissions, assisting project stakeholders in making informed carbon-related decisions.
  • Develop and maintain 3D models of the as-built project for handover and tracking newly installed underground services.
  • Provide weekly 3D model updates and summary reports to clients and other contractors, highlighting significant changes.
Desired Skills:
  • Proficiency in creating and analyzing 3D models using Revit and Navisworks.
  • Mastery of AutoCAD.
  • Understanding of temporary construction structures.
  • Familiarity with on-site construction processes (willingness to learn if not).
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills to address Requests for Information (RFIs) and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Adding asset data to Revit and Excel as per COBie requirements.
  • Familiarity with family creation (willingness to learn if not).
