About the Role

The School of Engineering at the University of Greenwich is seeking a talented individual to join our Construction and Built Environment team as a Lecturer in Digital Construction. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and teaching of subjects such as Building Information Modelling, Building Simulation and Digital Twin, Digital Construction, and Application and Integration of AI in Digital Construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and research in the subject area of Digital Construction
  • Contribute to the development of new research programmes and projects
  • Engage with industry partners and stakeholders to promote the school's research strengths
  • Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong research profile, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. A first degree in civil engineering and a PhD in a relevant subject are desirable. Familiarity with the UK higher education system and external accreditation processes is an advantage.
