About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Bar Steward to join our team at ATC Alexander Barracks in Surrey. As a Bar Steward, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage the bar area, including opening and closing procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be 18+ years old and have previous experience working in a bar environment. You should be a great team player, able to work independently and as part of a team. A DBS check is required for this role.
