Job Summary

N Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled SRE Lead to join our team. As a key member of our cloud operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6-10 people and influencing a larger group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of cloud operations engineers and ensure the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement ITIL methodologies to improve application support and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in running and managing regional SRE/DevOps teams.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services, including Glue, Kinesis, EC2/ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in next-generation consumer banking.
