Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of Business Change Professionals to deliver large-scale change initiatives, including process improvements, system implementations, and organizational design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions to address them.
  • Develop and maintain robust portfolio dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure that change initiatives are aligned with business objectives and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Project Managers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver successful projects.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives, and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project sponsors, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale change initiatives in a Financial Services environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize business needs.
  • Experience with portfolio management and KPI development.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in a Financial Services environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
