Band 6 Digital Content Communications Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Communications Officer to join our team at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our digital communications team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive digital content strategy to support the successful launch of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) program.

As a Digital Content Communications Officer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality digital content, including animation, film, and engaging written content, to raise awareness and engage colleagues in the EPR program. You will work closely with various teams and networks to develop and implement a range of digital communications activities, including social media, email, and intranet content.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a digital content strategy, creating engaging digital content, managing the EPR program's internal communications, and working with external contractors to produce high-quality content. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all digital content meets the highest standards of accessibility and quality.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Content Communications Officer who has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital content strategies. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of digital accessibility and content management systems.
