Your Role as Clinical Deputy Manager
As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care within our home. You will collaborate with your team to create and update individual care plans, ensuring clear, accurate, and up-to-date medication records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
- Collaborate with your team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met.
- Maintain accurate medication records and ensure adherence to best practices in medication administration.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained to provide consistent and high-quality care.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid UK NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct & professional development.

- Up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and other relevant healthcare practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
