Your Responsibilities
As a Business Systems Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing business strategies and converting them into detailed business requirements and designs. Ensure clarity and traceability of both functional and non-functional requirements as part of the comprehensive solution definition to meet business objectives.
- Facilitating workshops to document processes in collaboration with business teams.
- Assessing and documenting the current state ('as is') of technology and processes to aid in the design of optimal future state ('to be') solutions.
- Assisting in the design and development of technology and process solutions that align with agreed business requirements, including management information needs and risk mitigation through appropriate controls.
- Supporting the preparation and execution of testing for designated program workstreams.
- Assisting in the implementation of technology solutions post-testing, including support for training and user documentation initiatives.
- Providing post-implementation support, including management of operational activities (e.g., risk/control activities) prior to transition to business-as-usual operations.
- Familiarity with tools such as SAS, Hadoop, Excel, R, Java, ETL, and Data Warehousing tools.
- Ability to connect business requirements with system specifications and implementations.
Your Qualifications
- Capability to evaluate processes and understand the impact of technical changes on standard operational models and Target Operating Model articulation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business management principles, including organizational and operational design, as well as customer and stakeholder management.
