Business Systems Analyst

As a Business Analyst at TestYantra Software Solutions, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic thinking, risk management, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that impact business operations and strategy.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
- Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and innovation.
- Professional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Change and Transformation: Lead business process re-engineering initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR): Analyze and improve business processes to drive cost savings and productivity gains.
- Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth.
- Digital and Technology: Leverage digital technologies to drive business innovation and growth.
- Functional Designs: Develop functional designs to support business process improvements.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to drive business process changes.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations and strategy.
- Risk and Controls: Identify and mitigate risks that impact business operations and strategy.
- Written Communication: Develop clear and effective written communication to inform business decisions.
- Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have experience in the Banking domain, create process maps, perform data analysis, customer journey mapping, and have proficiency in tools such as User Stories, JIRA, and Visio.
