Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at a leading manufacturing company in Northern Ireland. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality products meets company standards and targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as part of an expanding production team to prepare moulds, handle materials safely, and produce all planned products.
- Adhere to daily production plans and ensure Health and Safety standards are met.
- Contribute to award-winning projects across Ireland and the UK.
Working Hours
We offer two options for working hours:
Option 1: 12hr Shift
(Pattern 1) 4-day week (6am-6pm) Monday-Thursday and 3-day week Thursday-Saturday (6am-6pm with Saturday 5pm finish).
(Pattern 2) 4-day week Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday (6am – 6pm with Saturday being 6am – 5pm) and 3-day week Tuesday- Thursday (6am – 6pm).
Option 2: Hours will be variable between 32-48 hours per week as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, construction, or agricultural industry.
- Experience with concrete is highly desirable or working on civil engineering-related projects.
- Ability to read technical drawings would be beneficial.
- CSR desirable but not essential.
