Week 1 Day Shift:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 6:30am-6:30pm
Week 2 Day Shift:
Wednesday, Thursday - 6:30am-6:30pm
The role of the Production Operative involves executing all responsibilities associated with the smooth and effective operation of the assigned work area to achieve departmental objectives aligned with the overall goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all assigned tasks in the designated area following operational guidelines and management directives to manufacture products that meet customer requirements and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with work rates, production goals, hygiene standards, quality assurance, and cleanliness protocols.
- Collaborate to maintain the efficient operation of the area, minimizing waste and ensuring a high standard of housekeeping.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring that the work environment, tools, and materials are maintained in a safe condition; prioritize the health and safety of all colleagues and visitors in the work area.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work in a chilled environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, enthusiastic, and capable of taking initiative.
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting.
