Job Title: Salesforce Senior Administrator

TECHOHANA is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our Salesforce system, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce flows, rules, approvals, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, and apps to meet business requirements.
  • Investigate defects and refer complex bug fixes for future development sprints.
  • Upskill internal teams on Salesforce features and functionality.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders on Salesforce-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial success in a Salesforce Administrator capacity.
  • Experience with Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
  • Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
