As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be integral to the onsite team, contributing to our collective success.
Reporting directly to the Site Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients to enhance sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Exhibiting strong teamwork skills and effectively engaging with both customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrating excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Providing exceptional customer service, particularly in a manufacturing, maintenance, repair, or personal protective equipment context.
- Managing incoming calls and addressing client inquiries and requests.
- Monitoring back orders and inventory levels.
- Preparing and distributing customer correspondence and newsletters.
- Assisting operational teams as needed.
