Lead Your Own Internal Audit Service Line

Rutherford Briant is seeking a seasoned Internal Auditor to take on a leadership role within our Internal Audit function. As an Interim Internal Audit Manager, you will have the autonomy to grow and develop your own service line, with the support of our Audit Partner.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Internal Auditor to run their own portfolio, with ownership of everything from planning and management of WIP and billing to building and developing client relationships. You will be responsible for completing all files to a high standard, enabling the Partner to run final review and sign off only.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage your own portfolio, including planning, WIP, and billing
  • Build and develop client relationships with new and existing clients
  • Complete all files to a high standard, enabling Partner review and sign off
  • Run the annual planning process with all clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong, rounded experience within Internal Audit
  • Ability to lead and develop a small team
  • Desire to grow the function, working with the Partner on the strategic vision
